The digital notice board benefits both residents and administrators. Residents can easily see announcements and important information, while for administrators it offers an effortless way to communicate.

Publishing announcements is quick, the screen layout can be customised, publications can be prioritised, and display times are easy to manage. The same content can be shared across several stairwells at once.

Digital notice board

Touch screen or passive screen?

The digital notice board can be ordered as either a passive screen or a touch screen.

The key difference is that the touch screen allows the use of additional features such as the One4all booking calendar, and enables the display of more extensive content – for example, the housing company’s safety plan, consumption data, as well as guidelines and regulations.

Through the touch screen menu, residents can explore the information they are most interested in.
The passive screen displays a fixed, predetermined view.

The digital notice board also offers an easy way to glance at YLE’s news, daily weather information, time and date or commuter traffic schedules.

Digital notice boards take accessibility into account – the reading view can be lowered, the font size can be increased and the most suitable language can be selected from the language menu (if language content is available and provided by the housing company).

Access to the booking calendar

Residents can access the electronic booking calendar with their own credentials from the touch-screen display, where they can make, change, or cancel their reservations for common areas such as laundry, sauna, clubhouse or other available services such as shared car or shared bicycle.

How long is the delivery time for a digital notice board?

The delivery time for a digital notice board is approximately 4-6 weeks, but the precise delivery time is always specified when ordering. 

What are the technical requirements for the digital notice board to function?

The digital notice board requires electrical and network connections (a standard 230V electrical socket for electricity and an RJ45 socket for the network). We recommend that the digital notice board uses a fixed internet connection (DHCP connection). What type of content can be added to the digital notice board / How can the digital notice board be used?

The building company decides the contents. The digital notice board can be used in countless ways! Here are some of the features that can be shown:

inhabitant list and contact information (e.g. property management, maintenance, housing association board and housing committee contact information), news bulletins and instructions (in text, image and video format), rescue and action plan (on touch displays), digital booking calendar (inhabitants can book common spaces like laundry room or sauna from the touch screen when booking calendar is in use), housing company-specific consumption data (e.g. water, electricity and district heating consumption data using our interfaces), weather, YLE news, public transport schedules.

The content of the digital notice board is updated in One4all Manager management system. Access to the system is given to the desired parties, usually the property manager and the maintenance company.
